Consolidated IBM Business Automation Workflow, Skill Builder, and Automated Decision Service into a single coherent automation experience — saving 12,000 hours per year and reducing manual errors by 10%.

IBM Cloud Pak Experiences

Designed and operated a self-service demo platform that replaced IBM's 'install on a VM' sales process — driving tens of millions in Cloud Pak sales and earning a W3 Silver Award. The only IBM Design Lead to run a team directly responsible for production code.

2021 · Design Researcher

Kano Roadmap Study

Used the Kano method to bring user evidence into a churning roadmap — 588 participants screened, 61 qualified, 27 features evaluated. Items moved in and out of the 60–90 day roadmap. The conversation shifted from internal churn to 'how do we leapfrog the competition.' Featured at Booster Conference.
